Smile Well, I finally did it! Thanks!

I just wanted to write a quick little message to let you all know how much I appreciate all the webboard advise and knowledge over the past year or so. I have been following the discussions here for almost two years. Thanks to you all I have successfully become (as my uncle a professional mechanic put it) a shadetree porsche mechanic. I was able to rebuild the engine in my 83 944 NA by myself with not too many blunders. As a celebration to all of you I have finally broken down and joined the ranks of the official rennlist members. I have paid my money and consider it an inexpensive price to pay for the knowledge and help I have recieved. So again I
say:

Thanks to you all!

Congrats! And just in time for the next autocross (though you're probably still in break-in miles depending on what you did?)

Anywho, March 23rd (Saturday) in Bremerton if you're interested.

I have finished the break in on it. Did a basic head job and oil cooler seals. I frankly would be embarrassed to bring it to the autocross. Needs a paint job badly and some interior work, windshield, etc. I would love to come and watch though. Thanks for letting me know about it.

Park next to me, you'll be fine There are many club cars out there in varying degrees of restoration. Mine will have the interior gutted for a roll-cage installation and I'll no time left to put everything back together... *hopefully* there will at least be a driver's seat and steering wheel
