Hey Mafioso:
I had to laugh when I saw your picture you posted.
The car is so shiny that you can actually see a pair of little chicken legs on the corner of the front end, from the camera holder.
Is that you?
That's a really neat idea... seeing I have an extra bumper or two and extra shocks, I am going to give it a try!

You can put one a Euro bumper with fog lights. I import them. It will be closer to the body and lighter too by about 30 lbs. Go to www.924.org then registry, 1979 and look for Vince Ponz for a shot at the front of my car with the Euro bumpers on.

I meant for this thread to full of pics of front-ends, not tail-ends The pool looks nice though... if we could get out of the 40's that is where I would be! Hey Shaun, I am ripping the bumper off this weekend to get a better feel of how it goes... who knows I may get a stray hair and have pics for you Monday!

sounds good man.. let me warn you of ONE thing..

when you drill out the shocks, DO NOT compress them. first put them ON the car, THEN push the bumper in with your knees to compress it... if the shocks are compressed and you put them in, then you wont be able to reach the bolts under the bumper.
