Adjustable Koni's at full sft?
Does any body with adjustable Koni’s run their rear shocks at full soft? I have the M030 springs and torsion bars and I currently have my rears shocks set at 50% stiff and the fronts at 70% stiff. The ride around town with its less than perfect streets is too harsh for my tastes, but it does feel good when zipping along on good roads.
I want to reset the rears to a softer setting and then re-adjust the fronts so that the car feels balanced. I just need a good indication as to the softness needed for the rears.

Yup - I have double Koni cup's with sleeves in front - full soft on street. Koni adj rear with coilover - full soft on street. Front bar is 27.5 and rear is 19mm 3 way adj. set in middle. I like it like that.

Three Wheelin'
Stock settings for M030 Konis are 1 1/4 turns from full soft rear, 3/4 turn from full soft front. I found my car harsh initially (PO had set full firm at front) and have found these settings to be firm but comfortable.
Reducing tire pressure also helps; tire pressure had more of an effect on ride than shocks in my case. I currently run 36 front/32 rear on my 225-17/255-17 Kumhos, and am considering dropping the rears further for better tire contact and reduced understeer.

Mine are at full soft all around. Tires at 36 psi all around.. though I may drop the rears to 32, the tail gets a little happy on full boost through a curve. Ride is as firm as I'd care to go for street use.
