Default Difference between turbo and NA spindles/hubs

Is there a difference between spindles/hubs and hubs on a late offset car, and if so, what is it?

I know the M030 stuff is different, so don't include those

If you had a track 87 951, and you broke a spindles. The only replacement you can find is from an 87 NA car... would they not only interchange, but be the same strength for track use?

Caliper bolt pattern is different. Space between the mounting bolts is not the same for the N/A Girling single piston calipers and the brembo 4-pots.

Hubs and bearings are the same, strength is the same for all the 87+ spindles.
