dumbass sparks positive cable
I grounded the positive cable and now car will not start. Right after it started one time and then did not start again. First thought was fried computer. Tested Ok in another car. Then Switched coil. Still nothing. I took the end cap off of the fuel rail and it is getting fuel so spark is the issue. In the process of changing rotor, hopefully that is it. Next I will try changing the AFM. Anyone have any thoughts on other things to look for?

Tested Rotor still no change. Next was speed sensor. Unplugged wires then plugged back in. Either that reset something or I just had a bad connection. Car started. I sure am glad the ECU came out Ok.

Burning Brakes
For future reference you're testing things *** about face.
Start at the other end of the system.
first ....crank sensor (do you have tach bounce?) to initiate the ECU
second is the engine cranking at 200rpm+? for the ECU to work
third check for 12v+ at terminal 30 on DME relay.(ECU controls DME which supplies 12v+ to fuel pump and controls ignition primary system
forth remove DME replace with 3xway bypass check fuel pump running
Fifth check 12v+ to injectors (noid light )
Check plugs for fuel
Check fuel pressure and flow rate etc etc
glad to hear your up and running anyway
