I'm getting the "other car" soon. An E36 BMW 325i or "is". Making all the cool mods too.

UGGGH...

No Porsche's bad thought... Gotta clear my head for a minute. Hadn't really ever thought something like this could happen!!! These are in no particular order...

Lotus (Exige/Elise/Espirit)

Lamborghini (Countach)

Plymouth (440 six pack cuda, or the 69 Superbird aka Daytona)

Koenigsegg CC 8S (V8, 655bhp, 0-60 3.4sec yeah!!)

VW:
83 Rabbit GTI - 5 speed, with G60 16 valve transplant motor.
Or a Corrado VR6/G60 either one!!

Dodge Power Wagon 4x4 - Huge tires, Supercharged 440 six pack, with full time 4wheel just like my truck now!!!

2003 Viper SRT/10 - Meanest looking American sports car on the market.

Well I could keep going but I won't!!!

I'll take one!
Zoltan, what is the small 2 door, 2 seater, AMG Kompressor that has the powered folding roof?
I went to look at a 968 on a lot and they had a blue/grey one. SWEET... but twice the price of the 968 (that was already over my budget)
Oh well, I can dream can't I.

Something rare maybe .. a Delorean?
Um .. A two door Chevy Bel Aire would be kinda nifty.
I dont know... I cant imagine not having my 914. Especially after I refinished the engine bay today.

That's the SLK 32AMG (The SL55's baby brother). (Seel link above) Specs on the SLK 32AMG: intercooled and supercharged 3.2 liter SOHC 18Valve V6 with 349hp. Weighs around 3000 lbs. Cost: $56k. Definately a wolf in sheeps clothing (with rich leather seats and lots of luxo items to boot!)

I've driven the non-supercharged, non-AMG SLK 320 (about 215hp), and it's a wonderful car with a great powerplant. But I'd rather drive my 944S2, since the Porsche handles much better.

Got a '97 M3 last year after I gave up on my long and fruitless search for a 968 coupe.

Perry,

AAR had a 340 six pack, as did the Challenger T/A. Sweet cars, but I would forgo the Plum Crazy and get one in Sublime .

Me, I would go for the 1969 1/2 Dodge Super Bee w/440 six pack-or-70 Ply. Roadrunner.

Sort of OT, but I went to the "Dukes of Hazzard" 'fest 2002 last month in VA(at Cooters' garage--no lie) and there were about 20-25 "General Lee" Chargers there along with a copy of Daisy's first car on the show 71 yellow RR. It was very--interesting.(It wasn't my destination, but our FF draft was nearby, so I figured "why not?")

On the Mopars,
You'll have to swing on over to the West side of Cincy sometime Perry. My dad has a 69 Plymouth Barracuda that he bought new. It was his first new car, and he's had it in the garage for the past 15 years.
When he retired, (at 46) he decided to restore it. Took it completely apart sandblasted and painted everything. Now it looks like a model. He waxes the underbody and everything. Neat car.
No 440 six pack though, just a slightly worked and balanced 318.

For a new car, I would have to say the 2003 Cobra; supercharged w/ Brembos and Bilsteins, over 400bhp (faster than the Z06, finally)!

For a classic, I've always had a soft spot for the GT40.
