944na 85.5 Air Conditioner - how much for a used compressor
How much should I pay for a used/rebuilt AC compressor for 1986 944na.
Any tips to install it?
Suppliers?
Thanks!

Dear jordanolder,
I cannot help you with the pricing, but I can recommend a vendor. I recently purchased a rebuilt power steering rack for my '86 951 from Griffiths Technical. The unit they sent looked virtually new, and I was very pleased with their quick turnaround on my core refund. In addition to PS racks, they also do A/C parts. You can find them at www.griffiths.com.
Good luck.

I have a compressor which I just took out of my 88 NA with 125K. Took it out because car is being transformed into dedicated DE/track. Will sell for $130 plus shipping from MD. (cost of the a/c delete kit). Have bracket / new (4K miles) belt, evaporator as well
