Default 2 Questions, compresion and suspension

I am just wondering what the compression should be on my 89 S2? the PO said he did a compression test and the results were

#1 215
#2 225
#3 210
#4 225

I don't know what those numbers mean, so a little explanation would be nice.

Second question, the car has Koni Yellow's installed all around, adjusting the fronts is pretty simple, however I can't figure out how to adjust the rears, any ideas?

those numbers are fine. they're checking for how good the valve and piston seals are. a pretty even spread across all 4 are less than 10% variance.

u have to remove the rear shock to adjust it. once u bolt it, u push the button on the inside and then turn the shock body until it clicks in the next setting
