Post fiberwerks n/a front nose.

I'm considering this option when my front valence goes south. It's the one that uses all the stock lighting. Any good/bad reviews? Does it do away with the metal bumber, or overlap it? Does it keep the bumper shocks? Just wanted some user opinions.

As mentioned before by folks here, a 944S3 is the name that Porsche considered giving to the 968, because as you may know much of it either is the same or looks the same. They elected not to, but Roberto has done the dream of many and popped a 968 3.0L into his '44. Hence, 944S3. I think it's a great name, but if I ever do that, I'm getting a 3.0 emblem and putting it in place of the 944.

Oh yeah, back on topic - Jeremy D. did the FW front end, as seen on www.fiberwerks.com (black 944 SC (supercharged)) and IIRC he loved it. I think it looks great. It's a body mod that you can probably do for cheaper then stock, and it looks like it could have been stock. That's what makes for a good modification, IMHO. Something that looks like it could have come from the Porsche factory that way.

Also, from what I hear the owner of FiberWerks is a very decent guy, and as you may know from the admin post a while back and his homepage, his wife recently passed away. Keep him and their family in your thoughts and prayers.

Good luck!

(Jeremy's 944 SC)
