Default Radiator capacity and cooling

There appears to be at least three different radiators, those used on the 951's and 968's (951 106 031 05), 924s' and late 944's (944 106 031 03) and early 944's (944 106 031 01). Does any one know the capacities of each? I'm assuming that the 951/968 is larger but have not measured them.

U missed 944.106.027.06 on Automatic Trans late 944...

I belive they all have close to the same system capacity (7.8L, approx 9qts)

but the radiators are different configurations based on engine cooling load, differing flow requirements etc. etc.. etc....

What I'm looking for is cooling capacity. I would assume that the 951/968 has greater cooling but that is an assumption. I ran my old 924S radiator with my 968 engine for years without too much problem. I was surprised to see that the 944S2 ran the same radiator as the 924S. However, with my new rebuild I am thinking that increased cooling would be good, especially since I may add an SC. Thus, I'm looking to see how much better (if it is?) is the 951/968 rad.

Maybe Chris White can chime in, but I would think the 951 Radiator would be higher cooling load just based on the turbo coolant loop, but I could be wrong..

I know he was also putting together a buy on his racing radiator with optional oil cooler...

I have a late NA and a 951 radiator at home for a transplant. The 951 radiator is the same width, but about 1.5" taller. I would have to assume an increase in capacity based on this.
