Bumper Shocks
One of my front bumper shocks is slightly compressed. I don't think it is all the way. Can it be pulled back to full extension? Or do I need to replace?

<strong>You'd be suprised Brett...I have new shocks on my bumper, and I bought this little crow-bar to hook into the tow-holes under the bumper. My front bumper gets backed into pretty regularly here at the university! I use the tool to yank the bumper back out. Works for now, at least they keep hitting rubber!
