Unhappy No brake lights ??

I just got my car out of storage yesterday and have no brake lights. The lights and blinker both work. I have not had a chance to look into it yet, anyone have any ideas where to begin ? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

Check the bulbs themselves as well. I had a brake light that the bulb spewed out some black stuff inside the glass and the circuit tested okay, but apply power to it and zap! there goes the fuse again. Replaced that bulb and they have worked great since.

Good luck!

The fuse is good , Any other ideas ? Is there a relay ? If one bulb is out do the others go out ? Maybe a contact ?

Use some WD-40 to check the contact. Also, some of the rear bulbs have dual filaments, and need to be to work.

My car had this problem when I first got it. Wiggling the wire under the dash/brake pedal fixed it. Yes, I said wiggle, nice robust fix
