Unhappy 944 power window motor polarity issues

ok, i have an 1983 944 with an issue in my passenger power window motor. all three switches are good, they work well on the drivers window. the passenger window will go down, but not up. we switched the polarity on the window motor, and it will go up but not down. i have no clue what would make this happen, and hopefully someone has an idea. any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have/had the same problem with mine... Its back contact on groundpoints in the car, a bad cable (cut), bad connection to the switch from the "plug".
I have cut out all the rubber around the plug on mine now and found out that the connection is horrible if its not new. You ether have to get new holes to get the switches in or just make some new one.
You can try sanding the grounds down in you car and put som 5-56 spray on them. And try to spray som 5-56 on the plug that hooks up to the switch to.
