Post Calling WGSean

(e-mails seem to be bouncing)

Sean - never got back to you... better late than never.
Turns out the dealer was able to get the 968CS wheel and I'm very pleased with it. I really don't know what they did to get it after all the caveats about out of production etc. At the time my car was in for belts & water pump so they installed it for no charge. In fact they gave me 20% off and detailed the car too since it took them so long on the maintenance. All's well now.
Thanks for your help along the way.
Brian

Brian-

Good to hear that all went well. I am also very pleased with the 968 CS wheel.

There IS one slight problem that I have been experiencing lately... I did the installation myself, and apparently managed to leave a bit of the horn wire exposed. Sometimes when I turn the wheel in a very sharp left turn, the horn will sound! Needless to say, this results in some strange looks from other motorists. I will be fixing this problem sometime soon; otherwise the wheel has been great.
