Default Free spin on pump/rollers

Should new rollers spin freely or feel quit tight. I picked up a belt and roller kit along with a reman water pump and have a question regarding the bearings on these components. Should the water pump and rollers all spin pretty freely on there bearings? The parts I just received seem a little snug? The water pump pully is tighter than i would have expected and the rollers on the car have more free spin than the new ones going on. Not sure what's normal as this is my first pump/belt/roller job. Thanks.

Snug is good. When they spin freely, they are getting close to the point of replacement. The water pump should not have any free spin.
