Brake pad upgrades for street use?
I've been searching the forum for brake pad discussions, but most winding up talking about track only, or nearly track only pads, or turn into caliper/rotor upgrades.
I have used KVR carbon kevlar pads, and metal master pads on other vehicles, and have been pleased with the improvements, yet still good for the street. I know about the compromises, of street vs track, but I am talking strictly spirited street use with our stock brake system. (86 944 n/a)
Anyone tried a brand and liked it? hated them?
I'm not interested in upgrading the braking system other than pads, and maybe SS flex lines.
Suggestions?

^^ I know one thing you can discuss brakes pads pro & con till you get red in the face ,I also know from experience spirit driving my 83-944 on the street & this for quiet a number of years that the ideal brakes pads for me were (PBR Deluxe Plus ) was looking for a no squeal - minimum dust & good grab cold or hot & those are the one that did the job I don't know about the 86 but the 83 pats # was D210DP they are made in Australia.Like you my brakes were stock except for s/s brakes line.
