Got a fluke?
Unplug it. Put a jumper in for the ground leed. Use Fluke to jump the + lead. Have some one put car in run position.
If the fluke is on Amps. Viola.

Actual constant draw should be less. I have a spare fuel pump in the garage. I'll check it's placard to see if it has a value for full load amps.
