Scott, PB Blaster on the bolts overnight. Then whack them with a hammer & punch to "wake" them up. Then a cheater bar on your socket. Even a longer pipe over the end of your wrench handle will work fine. Make sure you keep your socket damn square on the bolt head when you apply the force so you don't round the head off.
Those bolts are steel and the threads are aluminum. That bolt is coming out if you do it right.
Who was it that said they used a 5 foot pipe extension to remove the transaxle drain plugs.

Well, you have to get these nuts and bolts off because that starter sounds like it hasn't been out in quite some time. The solenoid or pinion gear is going to fail one of these days.
See if the soak helps. Then we have to start discussing things like torches and how to apply them so you don't start the whole car and house on fire.

Dang, Scott, I just looked up exactly where you are. You are on the north edge of Pontchartrain.
Having gone through the lake (and spending Thanksgiving at the Southern Yacht Club, nice folks) when I motored my sailboat down almost the entire Mississippi River, that is salt air. That is why you are so socked tight with corrosion.
Give the PB Blaster a couple days to work its magic in your case.
We don't want to put your cute little boy and wife out on the street if torching goes wrong.
