Default 944 Cabriolet custom leather interior rear qtr panels

I had some linen leather left over from my door panel upgrade,so I decided to make over the vinyl rear qtrs with a two tone black/linen leather finish.

Gsteve,

Absolutely stunning! And not only just the rear quarters either The entire interior shows a lot of great workmanship, care and time invested. I wish more owners would take of these cars like you have.

Well done mate....well done

How do you like the Nero steering wheel? I was looking at adding that to my S2.

Thank you for all the great comments.
Hi P944S2 the Momo Nero steering wheel is great but I have to admit the only reason I bought it was that it matched my theme for the rest of the interior perfectly.

I hate you!! Can't leave well enough alone huh?

Awww man. Now you are giving me all kinds of ideas. I thought I was past the "while I'm at it syndrome" I'm currently cleaning my interior..maybe I should just redo a couple of things instead !!

Very inspiring workmanship!! Looks Fantastic, and super clean!

Default how's the shift lever holding up

I've always wondered whether a lighter colored shifter lever would get dirty or stain with body oils. How's yours holding up? Do you have any other pictures of the interior that show the seats better? Looks very nice, by the way.

Hi,rickb20
To be fair I only use the car on w/ends so it is not a daily driver. I have no issues with any staining having said that I always use Zymol treat on the leather. The origional comfort seats that came with the car did have a yellowing that I could never get rid of so with my new sport seats I keep at t- shirt on the drivers side when the weather is warm to stop any sweat from staining them as well.
