Post OT - Any vinyl decal experts out there?

I need some advice. I've got a decal that I love, but it's basically paper. I was hoping to replicate it in vinyl. Thoughts?

trace the image onto a sheet of vinyl and cut it out with a razor blade.

clean the area u wana put it on, spray some water on the area, apply the vinyl, and squeege out any extra water.

take it to any sign shop. they will scan it and cut it for you. probably pretty cheap, too. and they will apply it if you are afraid of putting it on crooked.
