If you have 4-way power seats ...
... make sure to periodically add lithium grease to the adjustment rods underneath the seats, or you may risk stripping the nut inside the bracket circled in green (thanks Mark) and lose front/rear adjustment for your seat.
If your power seat is making a grinding noise when rolling it forward/backward, the adjustment rods lack lubrication.
You don't need to remove the seat to do this. Just use the power adjustment in the seat to raise the back of the seat bottom enough to fit your hand underneath and put grease on the adjustment rods and on both sides of the bracket.
