Post Ding King - Does it work?

So, I've posted this on pelican, but without much response. I'm wondering, does the Ding King actually work?

<a href="http://www.touchlesstrashcan.com/share/cgi-bin/site.cgi?site_id=touchlesstrashcan&page_id=dingking" target="_blank">http://www.touchlesstrashcan.com/share/cgi-bin/site.cgi?site_id=touchlesstrashcan&page_id=dingking</a>
According to the bimmerforums, 6 ppl have claimed that it worked, with no one saying that the product sucks

I bought it really cheap off someone for $12 shipped. I figure, it'd cost me almost that much to go to the dent wizard, just to get an estimate. Might as well give it a shotmyself. I have a huge dent in my door right now, so when i get it, i'll post a write up. ANyone else have experience with this?

I tried it on my car (you can see the thread above) and had great results.

My friend tried it on his 300Z, and (so he says) it failed miserably! He says he is a vocal opponent of the Ding King.

IMHO...hey, your car is already dinged/dented. It's worth $12 to try and fix it. In my case, it was money and time well spent.

I suspect that you'll find that it works fine on smaller 'oil-canned' dents, but not on large areas, or creased dents. A suction cup might work as well, tho' you'd need some way to grip it to pull it out.

I'm always suspicious of infomercial products... and I pretty much never buy anythig where the shipping is 20-50%+ of the price, or "buy one, get one free" junk.
