944 late LCD clock "rebuild" kits
As a few of you know I have some of the LCDs for the late style clocks and Have been doing rebuilds on these. The problem has been that there is a little learning curve on these. I'm contemplating doing up an instruction sheet and selling these to those who are handy enough to do it themselves. They'll be $28+ ($5 priority mail domestic, $14, priority international flat rate) shipping and will include new connectors, the LCD, the LED, and an instruction sheet that details how to replace the LCD in the clock unit.
If enough are interested I'd make up the instructions and do this.
Who would be interested?

I'd send you my clock itself, how much for a rebuild? My LCD broke.

DHC8FO rebuilt both of my cars clocks last year and they both are still running and looking great.
I recommend having him rebuilding yours for you.
