Does the color matter? There's a dark blue one from an '89 951 model on ebay right now that needs to be refurbished, item #350298686935.
It matches my '89 S2, but I only have two minor dash cracks. Lots of work (plus about $500) to pull a dash out and have it sent for for proper restoration. I toyed with the idea of buying the one on ebay and sending it off (several weeks to get it back from a place like justdashes.com) and then putting it in when completed and doing the job in one day...I've decided to live with the cracks for now.

I could dye it but that one is almost as bad as mine. I may have to install a reskin fron classic 9 leather down the road. I need to drop my dash to work on the air wiring so it would be a good time to put on a good dash. The pocket book says that I can't swing the Classic 9 rebuild for now. If I can't find a good dash buy the time that I need to drop the dash I will just keep my dash mat on. That is not my number one choice, but you do what you have to do.
