Lightbulb Fixing my mistake

I am thinking of fixing my mistake from about 2 years ago. I have 2 questions:

1. How hard is it to replace teh header panel between the headlights?

2. The bumper is pushed in about an inch on one side- is this most likely just the bumper shock?

The bumper shock may just pull back out, your header panel is a different story. IIRC the '84 cars have that panel welded in. Perhaps you can drill out the spotwelds and install the new one with stainless sheet metal screws next to the weld locations.
