Post Left headlamp blowing low-beam fuse.

Whenever I turn on my lights, the fuse for the left, low-beam blows when the lamps raise. I think it may be a short somewhere, but I'm terrible at finding them. I have a digital multi-meter, but don't know how to use it. Anyone have a how-to on tracking down the root of this problem?

The short is usually in the flexible wiring leading to the headlamp bucket, disconnect it or test with a multimeter, they break here due to the flexing.

Peel back the sheathing where the cable bends just near where it attaches to the assembly and you will find the wires exposed and shorting out.
