I have a left over set of early 944 seats (manual and not sport) with sliders still attached (from my racecar). The drivers bottom and back will need to be recovered but the frame and foam is in decent shape. The passenger bottom (passenger back is in good condition) but the frame and foam are also in decent shape. Both include sliders (still mounted).
I can ship FedEx / UPS (likely to be oversize / weight package) and I'm willing to use Greyhound Package Xpress ($60-$80) can be pretty cheap but I will ask for gas money / compensation of for my time in order to drive it to the closest Greyhound station (40 mins one way). You'd have to physically pick up from your local Greyhound station. I've done this before and it works pretty well and takes only 2-3 days to get there (at least from KS to FL).
$80+ shipping is all I want for both sets and the sliders that go with them.

Take the passenger seat back off (someone may want this for a seat with worn bolsters), remove the rails, and throw the rest in the dumpster.

Ok - I removed the sliders and disassembled the passenger seat so the upper passenger side is now separate (trashed the rest of the seats).
I'll sell that for $50 shipped.
I also have 2 sets of 944 seat rail (manual) - $20 shipped each.
