Post Help! 951 dead..got spark but it won't start

Go out to hop in the 86 for a date tonite and it won't start. My brother borrowed it sun night and brought it home empty. Didn't drive it yesterday but anyway i figured out of gas so Iput plenty of 93 in it no avail. I don't have any power at the fuel pump fuse. the dme relay clicks when I pull it loose. Any suggestions? TIA Mike

Never drive a car with injectors dry! You may have to primer it; get gas into the system, before starting it.

As far as know, you can damage the injection system, if you don't reprimer the engine!

Hope that might help a little - heh, did that to my '95 vette, and that turned into a circus!

Heh, make sure the fuel pump works - sorry about that, no more ideas from me.

Beat up your brother! The car will magically start after that...

LOL I thought about that!!! He somehow figured how to turn the boost back up little ****head! Anyway where does the power to the FP fuse come from? I have no power on it. the ignition switch or a relay first? The DME doesn't have a hand in this does it? I know on fords and a few others I can manually run the FP with my genisys scan tool/reflasher I have GM reflash!I might pull the fuse box up and start checking a few things
