Question Fogs and Driving Lights for an NA

Well the built in fogs in my '87 NA are in sad shape. Both have pitted lenses and one side appears to have a bad reflector. Best price I could find on replacements was about $150/pair.

But for less than that price I can get a set of snazzy small diameter Hella DE fogs. Then I'd have room for a pair of small driving lights as well!

Has anyone upgraded their NA with the small diameter lights? Any other options people have tried? I've already got the Hella H4's for headlamps. Was sort of surprised the PO still had the old sealed beam coke bottle bottom headlights in there!!
