that satin black front would work for the V8 car in the vid if he had a turbo rear valence in satin as well
or maybe just painted the entire car satin from the front valence line (where it meets the fender) downward

I think if the bumper matched the wheels it would look better. Also with more of a medium going from yellow to black is a huge pop. I am thinking I might try this idea with my graphite metallic 944 (I think that is the color) and shave the bumper and paint it bronze to match my wheels. I was thinking also the mirrors but that might be too much maybe door handles?
Tomorrow I will take a front photo with the wheels showing and maybe someone can photoshop the bumper bronze?

I took it to a welder that was familiar with welding aluminum, he did a great gob and left plenty of material for the body man to shape! They both did a great gob couldn't be happier.

I like the two tone look as well. I just want to apply it a little different to the 944. I did order some mudflaps for it today. I thought of an idea to maybe tie in the bronze. With the Front bumper Bronze also paint the side modeling bronze (super thin piece in the middle of the door) and then the piece between the bumper and taillights Bronze.

The black bumper alla ferrari was an original design feature of the 924 but it didn't make it into production.
Personally i like how it looks on a 924 but not on a 944.
Also +1000 on the two tone look ,i love it but again just on a 924 and not a 944.

IMO painting the door handles or door bump strips would be a bad idea - I feel like those are features you'd want to keep unnoticeable, not bring them out.

After spending an hour and a half staring at different angle at my car I think I came up with a solution. Don't do bronze as the accent. For the wheels is fine, but for a two tone I think I came up with a solution with my stock car color. Shave and paint the front bumper Black (mine is already pushed in as well) paint the guard before the rear wheel black, buy and paint turbo diffuser black, make and install front diffuser paint black along with the lower part of the valence, paint mirrors black, last but not least add mudflaps. I call this creation the Rally edition. I will start this project this weekend.
