You've advertised these wheels for sale...I'm wanting to buy them - we've agreed on a price, and I can't figure out why this transaction is taking so long?

I've sent PM's and e-mail with no or little reply. It's been since 6/30 that you said you would sell them to me, but you haven't told me the price for shipping, or the preferred method of payment. Your last communication was that you'd let me know the shipping cost last Tuesday...still no word?
