Post 86 vs 87+ suspension on the 951 ???

It has been said the the 86 front spindles are not as strong as the 87 and later, and that the M030 are the strongest.

Does this have any thing to do with the rear? Or are the weakness related to the front only?

Why I ask:
If I wanted to get a swap over fronts, could I just not do the backs? I know the offsets are different, but I am thinking down the line with custom wheels.

Front only.

You can do extended lugs/spacers in the rear inexpensively (like someone else I know)

Nice meeting you today!

It was good to meet you today too, you will have to tell jim thank you one more time for the bleeder screw, i got the 951 all ready to go for the weekend this afternoon, so i think it will be at the auto-x, if i run or not that i sup in the air. But at least it is an option.

Thanks for the input on the suspension, when ever I can find a good set up M030 front suspenion parts I think i will start the process.

I am looking forward to meeting some of the other guys this weekend.
