They have no idea how to do anything but punch in year/make/model on the computer. The "geezers" at NAPA are hard core hot rodders with grease under their fingernails, and routinely come up with even oddball hardware, without looking at the computer or books. My local NAPA stocks more 944 parts than the Porsche dealer.
