Post My new center caps look awesome!

I just got my center caps professionally painted. They look great If you have thought about having them done I highly reccomend this site.

I just painted my centercaps yesterday. It cost me all but $5 to buy the paint and an hour to do the painting. I will post pictures soon. They came out just as good as the professional ones.

Hey Sajid--where can you get the paint for $5? What did you use to apply it (brush?)? Thanks.

thats the cheapest testimonial I have ever heard. if your gonna pretend to be a satisfied customer, at least make it realistic.

I painted mine a couple of months ago. I went to AutoZone and bought the three colors in touch-up paint. I figured if it was durable enough for the car, it'd do well on the wheels. I have not used any clear coat. I'll let you know how they wear.

Mideast are you saying I'm not happy with the caps I got back?
Sorry for letting people know about good work. I actually had found the person from these boards and several other happy posters. Maybe I will just stay a lurker from now on.

I just saw in 9 nine mag's summer issue that some guy, i think named Ralph Booth, takes the canter caps and modifies them with a bearing or something that lets them always stay upright as the car is in motion, neato.

That does sound cool. If you can post it. i wish mine would all stay in the same spot while moving so they all look symetrical.

Don't let Mideast get you down. He is rather infamous on this and another Porsche board (from which he was banned for his immature behavior). Keep posting the good news for those of us who appreciate it! That's what the Rennlist is for!
