I have a 951 with the mods below. When I use a G-Tech competition pro and weight of 3343(stereo plus my fat butt ... measured), I get max HP of 218ish running 14psi. I would have expected just the stage II chips to give me ~245rwhp. I have upgraded more than that and I feel like I am not seeing the expected up in power. Plus 0-60 of 5.9 is not close to the high 4s numbers I've been seeing for other similar cars(launch isn't that agressive I guess too). 1/4 mile was 14.3@105.75(104.5 average over the last 100').

Any ideas what the HP of this setup should be? Why am I missing power??

Nope, that power is right on. Most people with APE-Stg.2 chip kit typically see 210-220rwhp; right in-line with APE's claim of +35hp.

Basically I'm looking to get ~300 crank(~270rwhp) from a car that is safe to drive and reliable. I assume this isn't really difficult with the stock turbo for not alot of money? What is the next step? GURU chips? Higher boost? Change in fuel system? MAF($$$)?
What are safe boost levels with the stock head gasket(higher with correct A/F, right)?
