Post kricket # ??

I went to my local napa and asked about the kricket tool. They looked at me with a blank stare. Could someone who has purchased it at napa provide me with the napa stock#. The guy at the counter told me he could order it if I had the #.

The first NAPA that I called had no idea of what I was asking. The second NAPA knew and asked If I needed the KR-1 or the KR-2. I told them the KR-1 in the morning, it was ordered and I picked it up that afternoon.

The guys at the counter said there was no such thing until I gave them the #. Had it shipped from the Chicago hub the next day. Has anybody else been told that the KR-1 is not to be used for ribbed belts and/or timing belts??? My local NAPA told me that.

This has to be better than the ole belt twist. Has there been discussion on the material the belts are made of being far better than the material of the mid 80's
