Wow... looks like its about time for my 951 to undergor a color change. Black is just too sweet on a 951. Great shine!

I waxed it using 3M hand glaze, that stuff is awesome. Ill probably use meguiars next time to add a top coat to it.

About the red taillights, i did those with Testor spray paint. I did leave the reverse lights white though.

I need to mess around with painting mine, I was thinking of spraying the whol front (yes after taping of the important bits) then scraping and sanding of the porsche lettering to get it back to silver.... I don't know if it will work, but I want a uniform finish....

thanks for posting the pic,the car is looking good...

That's how I did my calipers. I covered the rotors and everything important with newspaper and tape, and ssprayed the calipers completely. Then I just used some sandpaper or steel wool (don't remember which anymore) and sanded off so only the Porsche name had a nice brushed aluminum look. It hasn't rusted or anything yet, either. The back didn't have the raised lettering though, so I just taped it and now there's a black strip with Porsche written on it. You can't really see the rear calipers too well anyway, and it looks fine even when you do look at them.
