that kind of cup holder would be rather easy to fabricate. It only need a pice of something..aluminum perhaps, leather and prober tools to make a hole for a cup.Little bit job and only few cents of money

ArcticCzar; A Starbucks and a cigar,,,you are truly a man of sophistication and taste. First things first, what cigar is it ? And second, I could use a cupholder, cause it ain't easy shifting and minding a cup of coffee on the way to the autox. Just one question. It looks like the holder is mounted a bit far back, is it difficult to reach and replace your beverage ? <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />

In case anyone from the ATF is reading this, the cigar definitely is NOT a Cohiba. Those are contraband, and as such, would be illegal to possess in the States. That being said, it's a Cohiba. And yes, the drinkholder is back there, but that's to ensure your elbow dosen't hit your drink while shifting into second, forth or reverse.

I don't believe possession is so much the problem. Selling them is the real problem.
That being said, you must now give me one since you can't sell it to me.

Just to chime in on the cigar question. It is not illegal to own OR sell Cuban cigars in the United States. It is only illegal to import them. I realize that this seems counter intuitive but that is the law. Very similar to the way New York's alcohol law used to be (and may still be)...it was a "purchasing law" not a "consumption law". It wasn't illegal to drink under the age of 21 it was only illegal to buy it or for someone to give it to you. Theoretically, you then, shouldn't be able to acquire alcohol but... So, the same goes for the Cuban smokes. Now having said that, I have several in my humidor as well. How ever did they get into the country...hmmm??

Cohiba eh ? well I must remember that. I understand that one of the primary sources for Cuban cigars in this country is,,a friend in the USAF. It just so happens that a coworkers little brother is such a person, and ,even as I type, is in search of such contraband for moi. In the meantime, I think I'll go out into the garage and have a Padron, and a glass of locally made blackberry wine,,and look at my 944. Life is good.

A Padron Anniversario or an Opus X will give a Cohiba a run for its money any day of the week in my book.
I think I'll go out and spark one up right now.
