Default S2 valve cover paint pealing (inside)

I removed the valve cover recently to look at the chain tensionner and noticed that the inside of the vale cover is also showing a sign of corrosion like the outside is. Paint is pealing off and falling in the engine. What is the recommended treatment for the inside of the valve cover? Sandblast and paint? If so, what paint to use?

Bead blast the inside clean, and no paint.

^^+1 otherwise the paint will flake out & you'll end up with a mess.

I'm being offered a ceramic coating for the outside of the cover. Is it worth the extra$$$ The guy is telling me the heat dispersion is better with a ceramic coating

Sandblast the entire valve cover, then have the outside powdercoated. Leave the inside alone. You can also buy aircraft paint remover to strip it rather than sandblasting if you dont have the means.
