Default 931 Pick N Pull (Sun roof delete, LSD?)

In my local Pick N Pull there is a 1980 931. It has sunroof delete, and maybe LSD. The option code sticker was gone. It has rear Koni's on it as well. The engine is picked apart but most of it is just pilled in the hatch. The body is in great shape. It's been repainted, just not very well. Vented nose panel has horrible paint, and some rust spots. But if anyone needs any parts. I'd be happy to go pick them for you.

I would take the four little vent/scoop things out of the nose panel if they are in nice shape (not cracked, etc).

I'll go back and check. How do you remove them? From what I remember non of them were cracked. They just looked like they needed a good treatment of Back To Black.

Ok well I'll research it I guess. But hopefully I don't find that the nose has to come off for them to be removed.....

No, the nose panel is spot welded to the body of the car, so it can't come off, unless you drill the welds or cut it off. However the vents should be held in by screws... I think a couple phillips head screws per vent, if I remember correctly. They should be easily removable from the outside.

I found a 931 in a local junkyard here, and bought the hood (with NACA duct built in) for $50 bucks. I could easily sell it for about $80 or more but I'll probably get around to using it. So if you can pick up the hood for a good price, I'd recommend getting that. And since I bought the hood, the junkyard guy let me keep the nose panel vents for free since he didn't think they were anything special.
