Post Bear to shift out of second

Lately its been a real bitch to shift out of second. Seems like I have to give an extra tug on the shifter. This doesn't happen all the time.

I put synthetic in the tranny last winter, and put ATE super blue brake fluid in about 1000 miles ago.

My fear is that a piece of rubber from the disk is floating which means...... but the clutch has only 13k on it.

Any ideas?
Thanks

This happens when I am sifting from second to neutral to stop for a stop sign. no problem when I upshifting/accellerating.
