Post Timing question

Will the mark on the cam sprocket and the marks on the flywheel all line up exactly? When I disassembled everything, my cam sprocket was off a little (a few teeth on the sprocket) when I had the flywheel lined up. Is this normal?

When installing the new belts, all of the marks should be lined up ... correct?

Mine were perfectly lined up (well maybe a mm or so off but definately as close as possible). The marks on the crankshaft, the flywheel, the balance shafts, and the camshaft.
