Question Clogged drain?

I've noticed recently that, after a good rain, the first time I open my driver's door on my '87 951 (even if I wait several days before opening the door) a splash of water falls out from the bottom of the door near the speaker. The door sill itself is also wet. I assume there is some sort of drain that it clogged. Can anyone share any ideas on what might be clogged up and what I should do to fix the problem?

Pull the little plug out of the drain! I think it has one; check out:

mine does that too, all that SC rain. I think a contributor is the broken window scraper, that allows water to run down the door, but there is probably something else too, it only happens on one side. where in SC do ya live?
