where the heck does the ECU earth ?

Default where the heck does the ECU earth ?

has anyone ever discovered where the ground wires earth on a 944S2 ? I assume the wires are the big brown ones that dissapear into the loom in the footwell.

there's a bunch of grounds on the engine bay side of the firewall. right in the center.

although not sure if that's same with an S2.

I will look at my FSM when I get home, it will show the GP for teh DME harness, and will show where that GP is located on the car...

Yup, Brett's right... two 12-10ish gauge wires on the bellhousing.

thanks everyone . Thats a bitch of a place to get to when you have hands the size of dinner plates
I still haven't managed to get at the crank sensor.

Fortunately Mrs dry -roasted has particularly small hands... ahem
