Post Low speed bucking: Do I need a cover letter on my TPS report?

When I'm driving around a parking lot slowly and the revs drop below 2000rpm (maybe less), the car bucks...Well, it usually just bucks once then I'll push in the clutch. It feels just as if as I was slowing to a certain rpm, all power suddenly gets cut. If I maintain a low speed, it's no problem, just when I go too low. But not like other stick cars I've driven, it's not just a lugging the engine type buck. Am I making sense?

The car idles at about 11-1200 rpm warm or cold...I think this is recent, though. It used to be at about 950. It always starts, never stalls and has smooth power all the way up the band when warm (slight hesitation accelerating around 3000 when dead-winter cold).

This has happened for as long as I've owned the car. Is there a cheap easy fix?

Trem:

My car does the same thing.

When it gets warmer, I'm going to look at the TPS and possibly replace it. My TPS is adjusted correctly (clicks when throttle is opened and vise versa), but the bucking still happens.

If you get a chance, see if the throttle cable is "too" snug. From what I read, this was the cause of a lister's bucking problem. It prevented the throttle from closing or something like that. Let me know what you find.

Mine does this also sometimes. I've always blamed it on the age of the car though.

BTW, didn't you get the memo?
