I too have search high and low for special sized and grade bolt for my Porsche. Yours I was able to find:
M14x90mm 1.5 pitch, 10.9 Grade. 12.9 wasn't available in 90mm, only 80mm.

i know my local pep boys' stuff is 10.9

pep boys didn't have that size in a 10.9. Trust me I've tried all of those places.
