Non-PCA Drivers Ed Events? (Northeast)
Does anyone have suggestions for Non-PCA organizations in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic that have good Driver's Ed programs? The local PCA regions all seem to fill up really quickly for the instructed groups.

All of these clubs offer Driver's Ed programs:
TracQuest: <a href="http://www.tracquest.com" target="_blank">www.tracquest.com</a>
Trackmasters: <a href="http://www.trackmasters.com" target="_blank">www.trackmasters.com</a>
PDA: <a href="http://www.imp-auto.com/pda/index.htm" target="_blank">www.imp-auto.com/pda/index.htm</a>
SCDA: <a href="http://www.scds1.com" target="_blank">www.scds1.com</a>
NASA Northeast: <a href="http://www.nasanortheast.org" target="_blank">www.nasanortheast.org</a>
You can also try the BMWCCA: they allow non-BMW's to join and while their events fill up fast, you can still try them out.
IIRC, all of the clubs above hold DE events at Lime Rock, Watkins Glen, Pocono, and possibly at NHIS. Some also do events at Mid-Ohio, if you want to drive out west a little.
But: don't give up on PCA: be persistent, get involved and noticed in the club, and you'll have better chances of getting in! (Plus, they're a couple hundred $$'s cheaper than most other clubs!)

I signed up for Reisentoter Pocono, I got to the meeting early and was still #10 on the waiting list! Potomac is going there also in April, but they are filled up as well.
Mailing never works, these events fill in the first few minutes of registration!
Thanks for the links Z-Man -- I like the idea of trying BMWCCA since I have a BMW also.
