I have a pair of the M030 lower spring perches that I'm looking to sell. These are the things that screw up and down on the threaded strut body to adjust height. Let me know if you are interested. Please send me an email, as I may miss this thread later on.

Would you recommend the sways for a street driver like me? I've been thinking about 968 M030 sways, or just 951 sways. I dont really know much about how they affect handling. I'm sure the difference is significant. Can someone lay it down for me? Im guessing they just really give the car that much-needed extra stability and stiffness during cornering right? What are their affects on under/oversteer with M030 front/rear shocks?

This is really the way to go if you want a rate different from the factory spring. I think Paragon Products used to sell the special lower perch and jam nut, but if they don't have it you can contact Karl Poeltl at Racer's Edge and see if he has any of these items. I assume you do have the threaded collars (they come standard on the M030 strut)? If not I may know someone with a spare set.

Tom,

The struts did come to me with the threaded sleeves. They are missing everything else. In the interim I just send Iceshark money for both of his wiring kits. So now I'm trying to figure out the next step. I'm leaning towards doing the motor mounts while I have the suspension down so the bill just keeps on growing. SHould have kept my Harley I guess. Now that it is warming up it's also time for yardwork and home improvement projects, I need more hours in the day!
