Default Bilateral Hightbeam Loss of Function

I just got back to my 944 after 4 months of not being able to drive it, and among other small unrelated issues, my highbeams will not function at all on either side. They do not work when I pull the turn signal forward or backwards. All other lights function properly, and no fuses are blown.
I think it's probably a relay, but I was unable to find one in the fuse box.
Anyone know where this relay would be, or if it's in the fuse box, which one it is? I searched the forums and could not find an answer.
The car is a 1987 944.
Thanks!

Have a harness (Rennbay/IceShark/etc)? If so, check those relays. If not, it should be relay 9 in the central electrical panel (had to go grab my manual). Otherwise, it is fuses or the bulbs.

Here's an online reference for the CEP: http://www.944online.com/cgi-bin/ASI...lectrical-9442
