help, how do I remove the sunroof motor from my 924s?

The car is going on a weight reduction program. The sunroof is going to be deleted, along with most of the rest of the interior. I want to save the sr motor as it still works. Do you have to remove the drive cable at the roof or is there a connection under the black plastic joint in front of the motor? Tried to pull it back but it doesn't seem to want to move & I don't want to break it.

Answered my own question, remove the screw from the cable and detach the cable from the motor. Took two seconds.
